We will learn the basics of creating songs and applying them to improvised musical scenes. This is a fun and collaborative class where we build skills together as an ensemble\, with ongoing direction and feedback to help you improve. You’ll learn how to improvise a complete musical theatre comedy show with a linear story structure\, using all the skills you’ve developed so far. We will strengthen your scene work\, expand your musical repertoire with new song styles\, and learn how to tie every element together. The class culminates in a final\, improvised mini-musical performance presented to an audience.
