Very Cool Show is a monthly showcase featuring David Kaufman, Vance Gillis and all their funniest friends.The first half of the show is improv scenes inspired by your suggestions while the second half is fast-paced longform improv, with guests and formats rotating each month.

Our show is a natural extension of the workshop. A regular rotation of some of Montreal’s most talented improvisers always perform, including Sandi Armstrong, Alain Mercieca, Heidi Lynne Weeks, Maité Sinave, Mariana Vial, Adalia Pemberton, Solly Krygier-Paine, Kristina Guevarra, Mason Persaud, Shanthony Exum, Nicky Fournier and Jeremy Lewis . On top of having seasoned improvisers, we also have the new birds that walk in for the first time and steal the show. You could just literally show up and get thrown in the fire of a live show with no script! It has led to many amazing walk-in, home run hitters and creates an awesome “anything can happen” spirit, which is the backbone to improv.

Always entertaining, Sunday Night Improv promises a good time for audiences who are welcome to contribute to the show through their suggestions and voting.

Join us for an electrifying night where improvisers of all levels come together for hijinks in a zany competition! Teams of three, each led by a captain, will face off in unique challenges set by the captains. The audience gets to vote and decide who earns the points, with an exciting wild card round offering bonus points! Will it be a flip or a flop?

Two classic longform structures unite for one great night! Narrative improv weaves a tapestry of stories within one location. The Harold is a comedic exploration of theme and unexpected connections. An evening not to be missed!
