To perform at the top of their game, improv duos work hard to foster trust, chemistry, and synergy. So what happens when all of that is disrupted?

In ROOM FOR ONE MORE, four established duos will have their sets infiltrated by the Wildcards, performers who love to stir things up and cause some chaos.

Will our intrepid duos manage to hold on for dear life and get things back on track, or will their sets descend into madness? In either case, you’re in for a good time.

Step into the realm of “Legends Only”! This improv show brings ancient gods, heroes, and fairytale creatures to life, taking you on a wild ride through epic tales that have captured generations.
Will legendary figures like Zeus, Thor, and King Arthur make an appearance? There’s only one way to find out!
Featuring some of the city’s most legendary improvisers, the show includes a series of scenes and a mini-improvised play woven from fairytales, myths, and legends.

Our show is a natural extension of the workshop. A regular rotation of some of Montreal’s most talented improvisers always perform, including Sandi Armstrong, Alain Mercieca, Heidi Lynne Weeks, Maité Sinave, Mariana Vial, Adalia Pemberton, Solly Krygier-Paine, Kristina Guevarra, Mason Persaud, Shanthony Exum, Nicky Fournier and Jeremy Lewis . On top of having seasoned improvisers, we also have the new birds that walk in for the first time and steal the show. You could just literally show up and get thrown in the fire of a live show with no script! It has led to many amazing walk-in, home run hitters and creates an awesome “anything can happen” spirit, which is the backbone to improv.

Always entertaining, Sunday Night Improv promises a good time for audiences who are welcome to contribute to the show through their suggestions and voting.

This month is the trios edition, featuring three-pronged teams of some of the funniest folks in the city.

Witness two of Montreal’s best improv teams clash in Head 2 Head - a thrilling showdown of wit and spontaneity! You’ll laugh! You’ll cry (tears of joy)!

With a whopping 25 minutes each, these talented troupes will unleash their improv prowess in a bid to win over the audience.

It’s the spectators who hold the power, casting their votes for the standout act. Triumph could mean fame, glory, approval from the improv gods, and a (small) CASH PRIZE!

Each month at Theatre VME, 8 - 10 performers present a themed show based on ideas from the mind's of Mile End Improv.

Our directors will dig through the recesses and gullies of their brains to come up with a killer show that challenges the improvisors to entertain the audience in new and sometimes strange ways.

What's the damn catch? The performers have a couple hours to rehearse the theme and format. Will they soar with the eagles or burn in hell?

Very Cool Show is a monthly showcase featuring David Kaufman, Vance Gillis and all their funniest friends.The first half of the show is improv scenes inspired by your suggestions while the second half is fast-paced longform improv, with guests and formats rotating each month.
